Started running first of 2018 then slacked off come May for some reason (up to 3-4.5mi/day).. ready to do better in 2019. Been that way here also, been busy but always feel better after a workout... have next week off for Thanksgiving and plan on getting back into it, no excuses - just solutions 👍🏻

I like The Fresh 15, it’s a local race but is a certified qualifying 5 & 15K. It’s holds a kids 1K, 5K and 15K ... it runs early March and this year had 4,000 participants

Never used a personal trainer before but... need to make sure I get on the right path. Getting my workout schedule tomorrow after my first session, hopefully I can walk out of there on my own

After a 10 yr... yes I said 10... break in fitness saw a pic of me taken by my daughter. That was all the motivation I needed to start back up... going to make my mid-40's the best I can.
