I hear you on the high volume foods they can make you so uncomfortable, especially at bedtime. I've had to stop food by 7pm or I regret it all night. :/ Ditto on the high sodium, although drinking lemon water helps with that a bit. :)

Are you doing a paleo/crossfit type of thing? It doesn't sound too plain... blueberry crisp bars... nummy!
-
First, what a cute AVI, is that your dog?? Second, I have always wanted to try snow shoeing!! (sp?) Of course living in the deep south doesn't help, as it's 82 F here today. :p Third, YUM! Waffles!!

That may be why I haven't seen it. (In the USA). ;)

Me too. I'm never sure how to obtain a scoby (mother). That part always puzzles me. LOL
-
I will have to look for that, I don't think I've seen it before.

Oh that reminds me, I also have cappuccino in the morning. I've been really enjoying the yogurt & blueberries lately too! They are so good right now.

For those of you who drink kombucha... do you make it yourselves? I've always wanted to try that.

What is a gauffre cookie? I've never heard of that before?

Pot roast... now I'm drooling. <3

Feel better soon. :)

Toast sounds so good. :p Have you ever heard of sweet potato toast? I made these last night. Delish, but not anything like toast! LOL PS. I'm not doing Paleo, but the recipe sounded interesting.

Ooh I've been wanting to try those zucchini noodles. Do you cook them?
-
Yep. For several years now. Except when shopping for clothes, or wearing a dress. Not retrieving wedgies, priceless. B)

LOL. Actually it doesn't happen to everyone. I can eat a truckload of garlic with no problems but my poor hubby eats one onion or garlic clove and he smells for days. Chlorella has helped him a lot!
-
Thanks. :) Each one takes less than 3 minutes thanks to the prep work.
-
A few tips I've picked up: - slice the garlic clove lengthwise and remove the innermost section. (that where the most potent section is) - take chlorella tablets or mix in with smoothie. Chlorella is a natural body odor cleanser. - you can microwave them for a few seconds to a minute but then it's not raw. Hope that helps.…

I prep my veggies for salads once or twice per week (wash romaine lettuce & spin dry and chop, keep in tupperware with paper towel) We also keep a few different types of lettuce like spring mix, spinach red leaf or bibb. We shred carrots & beets & keep them in a glass jar with a lid (sprinkle a little salt & lemon on the…

I agree with many of the posts. It would depend upon what type of lettuce, is it chopped or shredded, etc.? You can fit more shredded lettuce than chopped or whole baby lettuce in a cup. If you can swing it I'd get a scale, I have a "Ozeri" scale that will weigh in several different measurements ounces, pounds, ml, g. I…

Ok, I don't care who you are... that there is funny!! I just got back from the gym a few minutes ago where I did the elliptical. They have tvs but nothing good was on so I found myself looking around at what was in front of me(which was the free weights area) I sincerely hope that if I was looking at anyone casually they…
