Yes i use that calculator. My TDee was 1,960 calories ,but Im doing 1500 calories and 40 c/30p/30f im.4"11 27 years old so didn't want to have so much calories, I don't have a fast metabolism yet. I workout 4xs a week 45 min each day sometimes a little more .

Thank you so much.I calculate my macros with TDEE calorie base through IIfYM.com calculator and then Im doing 40% carbs 30%fat and protein. I do want to loose weight but tone up also and in the long run build muscle. I'll try to stick with this for a couple weeks more then. Also should I take higher protein or carbs ? I…

First time hearing about CLA , im actually open minded to look more info about this. Sometimes u need help of natural supplements.I don't believe is an easy way out,if your doing the hard work as well . Im curios where can I get this supplement?

Hello ,so I try to do what u told me. So I change to 1g if it gives me the option and then put the #of gram in servings. But once I do that it gives me a a crazy #in my macros like 8000caloris obviously wrong ! Im not sure if it's something in my settings. But is getting frustrating to do this
