Start Date: 1/3/17 SW: 301.6 lbs CW: 277.2 lbs (3/14/17) GW: 281.6 lbs (SMASHED! Hit 281.4 lbs on 3/3, exactly 2 months later! Nice! B) ) Total Loss: 24.2 lbs Ultimate GW: 170 lbs This thread really helped me get the first 200 pounds down! I am looking forward to the next one to lose 20 more by May ;)

Start Date: 1/3/17 Starting Weight: 301.6 Weekly Weight: 285 Goal Weight: 281.6 Pounds Lost: 16.6 Ultimate Goal Weight: 170 Very frustrated. I have been keeping my calorie deficit daily but I have been stuck between 283-285 for a couple weeks now. ARGH! Hope this plateau goes away soon.

You're my hero! I was 300 lbs when I started making lifestyle changes on 1/3/17 and am also aiming to get down to around 170. This morning I was about 284. It's super cool to see what is (hopefully) a year into my future!
