Unless you want to ride mountainous roads lifting will help especially if you are working muscle groups that get neglected by cycling; can help an imbalance. If you want to ride up Mount Ventoux then you want to stay away from lifting. Chris Froome not rocking guns but best cyclist in the world.

I can stay in my calorie allowance and not be over-ran with hunger. You should lose weight if you follow and even faster if you add exercise. I’d prefer to be vegan but keto seems to take off the weight better.

How to figure a macro if you cannot find the restaurant entree on mfp?

Couple weeks in and 7 lbs down. The macros on here definitely helps.

I go with the nigiri sushi but it takes quite a bit to get filled up. As for chicken wings you will have to go with traditional (naked with no breading) and a sauce without sugar. Usually hot and mild sauces have hot sauce and butter with no carbs.

Yeah I tried to stay in ketosis over the holidays but I put all the weight back on that I lost the previous two weeks. Since Jan 1 I have taken it back off and hopefully will not have keto breath as bad this time around. I did learn that I cannot consume as much nuts as I would like because they had more carbs than I…

Started right before the holidays and stumbled a bit but am now back on track. Have lost 7 lbs since the 1st and have re-entered ketosis. Hoping to drop 25-30. Keep me posted on your progress. I like to hear how others are doing.

You have to introduce yourself and be direct with starting a convo. This guy may be shy or just think you’re a polite lady and be oblivious to your signals. If he’s not interested you’ll know after a couple of attempts.
