Thank you. I have 3 goals. 208 will be "obese" BMI. 173 would be healthy BMI and then my final goal. And in a perfect situation, whatever low weight I get to, then I want to start lifting heavy, and if I gain because of muscle, that's fine

Well, I was done growing, meaning height. And I don't plan on it taking years, only 18 months.

I have a small frame 5 1/2 wrist. I know how I felt at 135, I felt healthy. And even though 18 seems young to get back to, I was already an adult, done growing. My husband says how are you going to weigh as much as a high schooler??? I dont know, I guess I'll have to readjust as I go.

I am starting heavier, 255. I'm thinking I will be the 20lbs to drop a size type.

I'm 5'10", at my heaviest, 265lbs, I wore a size 20. My current weight is 254 and I wear a snug 18. I'm smaller framed but carry my weight on mid section. My goal is to be 135, size 4.

Thank you everyone! Sometimes, like today, I do take my lunch. But then I use stress as an excuse to go get a burger and fries. Then I feel guilty. Stress isn't an excuse to eat crap, I have to get that through my thick skull :smile:

You made me think of something. When I was quitting smoking, I put a hair tie on my wrist. Every time I wanted to smoke, I snapped the sensitive part of my wrist. So, I can't slap myself on the hands but I can snap my wrist. I know it sounds weird, but it stopped a 16 year smoking habit.
