Fat loss is weird, it is like peeling an onion. You have to keep at it because those last few pounds take time and patience. Since you are almost at your goal weight, do select the smallest weekly weight loss and be sure to eat back some of those earned calorie burns. You need to start thinking of your maintenance goal.

In two months time you lost a bunch of weight. How much is that? How tall are you? What is your goal? There maybe nothing wrong because weight loss is not a straight line but a very bumpy downward line.

Drinking copious amounts of water aids in weight loss. Flush those fat cells.

What're your stats? How much are you trying to lose? How accurate is your calorie counting? You may be eating more than you think or your Garmin is not giving you a correct calorie burn rate.

Do you use a food scale to weigh everything you eat? You’ve lost 5 pounds in 2+ weeks? Sounds okay to me.

It has zero calories. Something else is going on.

Things I don’t have in the house are chips and sweet goodies, I only buy them on rare occasions. I can’t moderate them very well. If you don’t have those sweets in the house, you can’t eat them.

It took me six months to lose the last 20 pounds. As long as you think you are doing everything correctly, patience will be.key.

Did you pick the 1/2 pound per week goal? Anything more can make you hungrier and easier to binge. With so little to lose, pick a less aggressive goal and get a food scale for accuracy.

I also found frozen chicken tenders were wrong according to the package. Very wrong, indeed. I only got 3 pieces of chicken instead of the 9 pieces according to the package label. Food scale is a must.

Let me rephrase, your body still counts them pesky calories even if you don't want to.

Getting Fair food is fun. I get what looks good and enjoy it. I get back to logging the next day. I treat vacations the same way. Enjoy foods that I normally don’t have at home and when I get back I get back to logging my food. It’s what you do the entire year and not what you do in a single day or week.
