Exercise is always a good idea. Do it for your health, but don’t exercise to create a deficit. That will backfire. Ask me how I know.

Fasting helps with calorie intake. I like two bigger meals at mealtime. You still need to count the calories though.

Weigh it out. I eat pasta regularly but a lot less than I used to. I now know what a serving size looks like, I don’t need to use my food scale much anymore.

You don’t need help with selecting a diet but maybe selecting a food scale. I bought mine at Costco. Best purchase ever. Otherwise you are winging it.

It should be no different when we get older. Our activity level may go down as we age, but you don’t have to let that happen. One kilo in 4 weeks is progress. What is your goal? How much weight do you want to lose?

You could find clothing that fit proper. I’m 5’4” and 115lbs with some fluff at the waist, high waisted pants and shorts fit better on me. No more muffin top.

I do a sort of an IF, eat/stop/eat, no lunch. It helps with keeping my calories in my daily goal. Don’t believe the hype.
