Help needed

4 weeks of eating well and working out and only lost 1 kilo
I do like a glass of wine or 2 but still count it into my daily calories
Is it just harder as we get older ?
This week I've gained a kilo but worked out for over 9 hours over 4 days

It should be no different when we get older. Our activity level may go down as we age, but you don’t have to let that happen.

One kilo in 4 weeks is progress.

What is your goal? How much weight do you want to lose?

Did you work out before, or is this new? Are you sore? Muscles strained?

If you dove into exercise cold turkey, or amped it up suddenly, you may have put on water weight.

Your body retains water to send to sore muscles or injuries for repair.

I pulled my lower back badly doing a lunging revolved crescent twisted bind the other day, and then did something to my knee. I put on several pounds overnight.

I know for a fact I didn’t eat 10,000+ extra calories that day, and I’m confident I’ll pee it out once the pain relinquishes.

Stick with this for longer, and you’ll learn lots of stuff about your body.

A month, two months, is not long enough to get a handle on it. I know it’s frustrating, but trust yourself and trust the process. And read these community boards for aha!!! nuggets.
