Go Low Carb Or Go Home :D We got this!!! Yes you may need the vaccine to travel. I had my first one and only had a sore arm and my husband had a sore arm and really bad headache. They say it helps to drink lots of water before and after, good luck π

Hi Kat π You're doing great getting back into OMAD and I had a set back also but hoping that I can maintain the loss this time. I didn't get covid19 that I know of π€·ββοΈI just had my first Pfizer shot on the 16th and only had a very sore arm. I get my second vaccine shot May 7th and am not looking forward to it at all. Gladβ¦

Hi Lisa π We seem to be in the same boat. I also fell off the wagon but coming back with a vengeance lol. I'm doing Low Carb not Keto and keep carbs below 100. My only exercise is walking 30 minutes a day for now. Best of luck to us both ππ

I'm back after failing once again. I was having such a hard time getting back into OMAD. So I'm going back to how I lost the weight in 2016/2017 which was Low Carb. I will do LC for 7 days and HC for 1 day. I will not be planning any OMAD days but if they happen then great. Wish me luck π

So Friday night I was suffering with another Kidney Stone π and I believe it is because I didn't drink enough water. UGHHH when will I ever learn?! I drank lots of water jumped up and down and laid on a heating pad. I woke up Sunday morning pain free and am so happy that I didn't end up in the ER like I did last year rightβ¦

Delicious and I don't know how many calories because I don't count calories π but I did have 2 bowls π Recipe doesn't call for noodles but my hubby wanted them so I added a quart size bag of cooked elbow macaroni π

Oh I remember doing the egg diet, it made me sick to my stomach and I'm surprised I still like eggs as much as I do π You got this and don't stress too much, you'll be back to full OMAD soon π
