P.s. I also hear that a little weight gain is expected in the beginning and to be patient because your body is used to burning carbs as fuel and it has to rehear itself to run off fat ... one lady gained 30 lbs and they kept telling her to be patient and don't give up and about 6 months later she started losing pounds left…

I just started low carb I'm doing 20 carbs a day no more than 1500 calories.. I burn about 1800 a day so I try to be closer to 1300 calories... i have heard to have a 500 calorie deficit ... I'm not very active I plan to be but live in cold climate ... I lost 75 lbs in 2004 on low fat diet and kept it off but quit smoking…
