  • Without going into too much detail, I don't have a regular period due to the contraceptive I am on, but finished my last one about 2-weeks ago. I started exercising daily from the 2nd January, and before that I never did any x
  • Ah that is crazy - well done though you have done amazingly! I am not used to exercising everyday either, but I try and go on how I feel and not what the scale says xx

  • Yeah I am food logging on here, and eat about 1200-1300 calories I day. I think I will just keep going and do some excercise! It is just annoying when you think you are doing everything right!

It also says that my healthy weight is 7st 13lbs - 10st 11lb, so I still have just over two stone to go! I would really like to get to 10 stone ideally!   • I only starting working out this week to try and break out of this rut, no I haven't, I am usually lenient over the weekend though. However, the last couple of weeks I have been 100% on plan! I know that it will probably drop-off eventually, but it is just annoying haha! x

  • I wouldn't even class it as a cheat meal - it's like a bread role or some crisps? Could it be the alcohol? It's like when I eat anything I put on like 4 pounds
