I eat junk/crap food almost every day. Still down 32 pounds. No one in this thread has said to do it at every meal.

Yes to this whole post. Except I like the fiber one bars, i chop them up and put them in greek yogurt. Friend me, as long as it fits my calories I'll eat it. And if it doesn't fit I'll fiddle with amounts of other foods until I can...

I'm vegetarian and try to keep a low dairy intake. Vegetarian since I was 9 and started cutting down on my dairy about 2-3 years ago. I feel much better with less cheese. And I love almond milk. Feel free to add me as a friend.

I have no tattoos but am saving up the money I would normally spend on junk food to fund my first tattoo! Dinosaurs and Netflix are also amazing.
