I had eczema and rashes and found out I was gluten sensitive and allergic to potatoes. It doesn't show up immediately though, it is usually 1-2 days after having one or the other. When I do not have those things in my diet (sometimes they find their way into my diet without me realizing it is in one of my foods) my hands…

I had PCOS too (I guess I still do technically, not sure), took me quite a while to get pregnant with my second kid but when I got below 200 I got pregnant in no time and later got pregnant with my daughter when I got back to 200 again but still didn't have real regular periods. Well after having my daughter I found out I…

Ok, I didn't know that, I thought it was safe for anyone to lose 1-2 lbs a week, but guessing it depends on how overweight you are? For my height I am actually just 6 lbs "overweight" but 155 is the bigger side of a healthy weight for a 5'6 woman and I wanted to be on the slimmer side of a healthy weight for my height.

No, and I couldn't go on a super low crab diet if I wanted (I have hypoglycemia (low blood sugar not related to diabetes) but on the calorie suggestion from MFP I began recording my food for a meal and went over the sugar suggestion (the meal included a serving of white rice, a banana, gluten free chicken strips and a…

But I won't gain weight from lifting instead of losing? I just worried since I have 30 to lose. I am not obese,by medical standards I am only 6 pounds overweight (because of my height of 5'6 I can be healthy and weigh up to 155 but I want to be on the slimmer side of healthy at 130),but I am new to weightlifting.

Depends on what you eat, prepared gluten free foods are usually almost or as bad as gluten free but 3 years ago when I found out I was gluten sensitive (was having chest pain and hands would break out) I gave up gluten before discovering gluten free foods and lost 70 lbs in 5 months just by not eating gluten..I have kept…

I was told by a trainer that you could not lose weight and gain muscle at the same time...then how can lifting while trying to lose weight help? I am 5'6 female and weigh 161 (weight goal of 130, at my highest 5 years ago I was 240)and have been going to the gym for almost a month 5 days a week and haven't lost any weight…

I found that night time was my biggest time for snacking also and for me more than anything I think it was out of boredom..I would eat a little more during the day and maybe try to sleep more too if you aren't getting enough sleep (I was told that can hinder weight loss and isn't good for heart)

I am new to this too, have always been overweight (except for one year when I was normal weight, I am only technically 6 pounds "overweight" now at 161 lbs (5'6) but I am working to a goal of 130-135 and like you sugar is a huge downfall for me...especially with stressful situations at home or with kids. I wish you luck in…
