I go to sleep early. Can't eat if your sleeping. No really I have family support that helps. I guess everyone is different with self control. If I binged after 45 days and 27 pounds down I would be mentally distraught for weeks! Mind over food.

There is a couple of ways to tackle this. It's normal to crave the junk your use to eating. What ever your poison is try just tasting a small spoon of it to let the mind get its fix. If they let you pack your lunch bring your own. I eat a lean crusine 160 cal lunch and a yogurt light 6 ounce everyday for lunch and your only looking at 250 cal a lunch. And drink water as much as possible. I am sure it's hard to smell all that fat food all the time but none of it is going to get you results. Salads? Ok…
