Because it was on 0.5 lbs per week.

Ah, makes sense. I'll update it to be 0.25 lbs per week.

It recomends me that I eat 1200, since I'm fairly active. I know, I should move more to eat more, but I'm too lazy for it. I've lost a bit of pounds this way since actual activity makes me overeat.

I can only speak from my experiences. I don't reccomend it as a way to loose weight. I've been fasting a few times one for duration of 2 days and few times for five days. Even though you get the "results" really fast, you gain it all back and you *kitten* up your eating. Few months after the fast I couldn't stop eating and…

I am too.. I'm rethinking if I should eat that low. It's barely fitting in my minimum of nutrients and I've never felt great on a low calorie diets before and it makes me relapse way more.

I'm on 1300 since I'm too lazy to exercise. I'm loosing my weight though..

Darnit. :/ I hoped that in 21st century, somebody would have an adequate treatment for this. ('cept the lifting and weightloss part)

I just want mine not to show as much. I haveno problem having it, just feels *kitten* when I wear shorts and my thighs are lookin' like orange peel.

I eat whenever I'm hungry. Maybe it's goid, maybe bad but it's how I roll nowadays, find it best to feel good.
-
Agreed.

Well I hate the taste of sodas in general, and artificial sweeteners tase really bad to me so I avoid them completely. I never actually add sugar to my tea or my coffee, so that's another reason.

Hahaha Monthy Pyton much :D Love it

I eat kiwis, pumpkin pottage, oranges, bananas, 'chinese' homemade meals with chicken or some yummy sauce over, peas pottage, noodle soups, corn and peas with peas sausages (virsle) and ketchup, eggs, potatos with sweet and spicy dressing... you have a lot to choose from. Pineaples are the best, but expensive...
-
If you buy from chinesse stores you'll alwayz look for XL lol

I see. Well tell them it's their 'diet' that got you there. And If they still want to mock you about your 'rituals' before eating, find something they don't want to hear and mock them in return. Maybe I'm evil but that worked out for me.

I don't know her personally, but I don't think she meant to doubt you. Shr's not fammiliar in weighoss and measuring so why don't you try and explain it to her, what and how are you going to do it. It may start interesting conversation. Don't just be silent and think of the ways she's plotting begind you back, etc, trust…

Gingerbread cookies. Would you rather eat watermelon or pumpkin potage?
-
Agreed. I don't claim it helps with weightloss (but I believed it way before when I was younger) but it supstitutes salt for me which is awesome.( I have tendency to crave salty foods more than sweet stuff)
-
I drink it before I go to sleep and it worked for me in a way to "stop being hungry" Maybe it's all in my head but I kinda like it. Also I pour a shitton of it in noodle soups cuz it makes it taste more "salty" for me anyway. Other than that I dunno.

My why(s) -To be more healthy and not in pain -To be able to run without having to stop to breathe -Not to have that annoying flab around me -To look good for myself and to feel better -To be more defined and lighter.

I've never been this heavy. I already feel the difference in the amount of exercise I can take, I get tired slightly faster and I can't do some stuff properly like I used to. It really got to me because I don't like this feeling at all, and man it feels terrible to gain weight when I really watched to "control" my junk…
-
Probably so. It's bad, and I know I didn't really watch my weight or when and how much I was eating, but the experience kinda liberated my mind a bit from "obsessive control over food" I had previously. But it got me to where I am today.
