I used to think like that, and I developed bulimia that lasted for a year. I used to purge myself after I ate "forbidden" foods and took me a long time to let go of such distorted thinking. It's scary how crucial your perception is, when comming to weightloss.

Lol, NO. Excess protein goes trough our kidneys and it's basally peed out, while fats are stored as triglicerydes and too much carbs can be converted to triglicerydes in de novo lypogenesis. Don't preach woo here.

I usually drink Turkish coffee, no sugar. If I want something sugary on the other hand, I take those 3 in 1 coffee baggies estimated around 75 cals, and mix 'em with water. Keeps me happy and my cravings away.

Well, swiss is the most expensive country in europe, therefore never go to resturants. You pay like 25 € for just the seat, in some resturants. I only drank coffee and ate in the morning,breakfast time when I went there on trip. Still I managed to spend 50 euros in 5 days :/

My biggest "sin" is eating anything with ketchup or tomato sauce/juice. I'd created salads,meats, soups with some tomato juice for the taste. How long did you do this? If it's not longer than week, then it is fine. Have you logged accurately, ate your exercise calories back?..etc It may be initial water weight that is still there so give it time and patience.

That's why I buy only the *kitten* breads that taste like cardboard. I had the same issue here, couldn't stop eating the bread so I don't buy the "healthy" ones.

Eggs, meat, fish, rice you can combine them with lots of green veggies and some freshly squeezed fruit. Eat what makes you feel good not what you deem 'healthy' that feels like chewing a cardboard.

I've read it can have benefits to satiety and it's cool, so do it if it helps you feel better. For me personally, I don't smell a thing, good or bad, so I wouldn't know.

Ther is absolutely no reason to follow that diet at all. Just put it in the "bs" bin and carry on with eating what you like at deficit.

There's body fat calculator online. I do think you have to measure your waist, hips and thighs in order to work properly.

Some of us can eat 1200-1300 cals, makeing it half of our daily alowance. Just' sayin'
