My trainer put me on 1260 calories a day, logging everything and gym five days a week, weights, bike, elliptical and no weight loss?? What's up?

How long have you been at it. Sometimes it takes time to see results.
Also, new exercise typically results ib temporary weight gain as muscles adjust. It may be masking and weight loss but will fall off in a couple weeks.

How long did you do this? If it's not longer than week, then it is fine.
Have you logged accurately, ate your exercise calories back?..etc
It may be initial water weight that is still there so give it time and patience.

The scale can be misleading. Keep dong the exercise and portion control. You probably added muscle and body tone. Give it time and weight will come off. For some people, weight drop is immediate, and others weight drop is weeks later ... but when it does, it will drop fast. Stay positive and keep up with what you are doing.

Been exercising my life, last year got down to 129 and this past February was down to 125 working with a trainer but have suddenly gained 4 lbs and can't seem to lose it. Trainer not worried about that just the fact I'm losing the fat I have gained muscle but still 38% body fat. They sent me to dietitian and she started me logging everything so been doing this 30 days and nothing by in fact I gained a pound?

How are you tracking what you're eating? are you weighing anything? I'm also curious about how long you've been on this plan.

And yes I second what's your current height and weight?

People can't comment on 1260 without knowing your height and weight.
If that is your gross calories, you probably are under-reporting what you actually eat.
If it's your net calories, you may be assuming too much exercise burn and can adjust.

1 Check the calories you're logging against the USDA database. When I'm logging something new, for example artichoke, I type in the search bar "USDA artichoke grams." My portions have shrunk since I've realized how terribly wrong many entries in the MFP database are.

2 If you're preparing food for others, and if you take a little bite of this and that through the day, it can really add up. If you're tasting while cooking, try to quantify it and log that too.

    3. Veggies aren't free. Weigh and log them too :)

    4. Finally, keep in mind that packaged food can have up to 20% more calories than the label states.

Good luck to you. Hope you can solve it and start losing.

And this is just my own personal freakish thing: If I haven't lost in over a week, I cut my calories by 200 for the day, drink a ton of water and eat grapefruit. It works most times, lol.
