Any chocolate with a crunchy shell, fresh crusty bread & slabs of cold butter, dense chocolate brownie. It's fasting day - just typing this makes me super hungry.7

My "kryptonite" is not food ... specifically. I'm just not that interested in specific foods.
Where I have difficulty losing or maintaining my weight is when I'm right into training for, and participating in, long distance cycling events. I find it extremely challenging to balance the large calorie expenditure with eating enough to provide me with fuel, but not enough to cause me to gain weight.

Chex Mix...can't have it in the house or I will eat the whole bag.
And then go to the store and buy another bag.
Seriously, I'm not like that with any other foods...don't know what it is with Chex Mix.4 -

COOKIES. queso and chips at Mexican restaurants BIG cheeez-its pizza. This are the things I struggle to control the quantity I consume, therefore try to NOT have it in the house!0

Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal, Oreos, and any really good home made brownie! We go to an Amish bakery a couple times per year (thank goodness its quite a drive away) and all bets are off. The HUGE cinnamon rolls, the giant cookies, the M&M dream bars, the PIES.. omg3

Skinny Cow Creamy Caramel Ice Cream Sandwiches....oh man, I cannot, I just cannot keep these in the house. They are soooo good. They have that cookie texture of a moonpie, with caramel ice cream in the middle...and what's crazy is they are pretty high in calories so I'm not sure why they are labeled "skinny", but whatevs.1
