I don't believe in so called "super foods" to me its all about the quantity of meals, calories, fat, carbs, protein, sugar, fibre etc etc but I do have to say I enjoy some of the switches I have made like cottage cheese instead of cheddar cheese and popcorn instead of crisps (potato chips) also I am enjoying foods I never…

Spinach, kale, check out this link: http://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/iron-deficiency-anemia/manage/ptc-20266647, I used to take iron supplements prescribed from my doctor as I have suffered many years from low iron, also try and reduce caffine as caffiene strips away vitamin A that helps retain iron, also…

So inspiring, Welldone! :) I started my weightloss journey in January of this year after years of eating what I wanted and gaming all day I was 308lbs, between then and now I have dropped down to 254lbs, I still have a long way to go as my goal is to be anywhere between 120lbs - 140lbs, I have worked so hard so far…

Hi, not sure what ready meals your getting from tesco but ones that are 300 cals must be so teeny tiny... also would most likely be so high in salt, your better off eating low fat meat with wholegrain rice and some vegetable or salad as microwave meals are not ideal to eat everyday as they contain so much salt etc.

I eat back between 40% - 60% depending on if its the weekend or not, my daily calorie is set to 1,320, I eat around 1,500 -1,600 and burn between 500 - 800 calories per day, I like to make sure my net is around 1,200 :) I'm 5"4 and 254lbs as of 3d June, I started at 308lbs in January of this year, I have been losing 2lbs…

Hey! All these fad diets are not worth it... they may help short term but thats it.... short term... ideal for someone already at ideal weight or someone that just needs to shed a teeny amount of pounds.... Long Term is to see it as a healthy lifestyle choice... calorie counting, weighing etc, logging what calories you eat…

Hey Meagan, I started my weightloss journey in January, after years of half ars.ed attempts and fails and being in total denial about my weight etc, I've lost about 3st (54lbs) so far, I still have a long way to go (120lbs ish) I'm 5"4 so my ideal weight for that height is to be 9st (126lbs), I'm kinda the same I don't…

I have to agree with a lot here it's 80% diet 20% exercise, I'm limited to 1370 calories per day, I exercise so I can live on around 1600 calories with a calorie net of 1300, without the exercise so I can eat a little more I would be starving and really not a joy for people to be around me lol, I weigh everything and count…

I think it all sums up to the person, if the obese person is trying their best to shed the weight then no if the person does not want to change then yes, its so easy these days to put on weight, medical issues such as physical and mentally, and its so easy to get into bad routines which then pile on the weight,…

Hey, you shouldn't lose any info in your food diary or exercise diary, only thing that may change is your daily calorie goals, go into Goals next to home, at the top view guided setup and then change your goal, hope that helps

I've recently had a few days of overeating due to visiting my mum, I am what you call a food junkie.... at home following my normal routines I am pretty ok, cravings don't get the best of me etc but at my mums even though she is supportive and nags at me a lot about my weight I just lose my self control, I forgot my scales…

I am a huge cheese monster, always have been, I was kinda gutted at the start when 40g of light cheddar cheese was still high in calories, I found switching to cottage cheese (onion and chive flavour being my fave) was a lot easier to help with those cravings, also I was a huge crisp person (potato chips if not UK) I'm…

Hey, it all depends whether you're hungry, I wouldn't force myself to eat back calories if you're not hungry, my calorie goal is set to 1370 but I burn about 500 a day so I tend to eat around a total of 1700 so my net is around 1200, but I tend to plan my meals ahead so I can figure out how much to burn so I can make sure…
