I have been doing the same! I had forgotten how good a plain pickle (not on a burger) is, and I have been having them a couple times a week now with my renewed love!

I do believe so! When I had a Fitbit I would only use the synchronized calories, and wouldn’t log exercises via MFP as I felt like the Fitbit was more in line with what I was actually burning and I saw more consistent results than when I used the exercise log to pick my activities

Hi! Sent out some requests, I’m getting back on track here today! Saw a picture of myself with my best friend at her sons birthday and it was a harsh reality check! The number on the scale never really sank in but that picture said more than enough!
