I just started tracking and my first day was waaaay over my 1350 limit-- amazed to discover I happily eat 2100 cals a day! Next day was a bit better-- 1900 or 1800 I think. I don't think it's realistic to eat under your limit on day 1 or even day 3 or 4 or 5. I just cut back a little at a time until eating around 1400 felt…
