Thanks. It's just a start but my true happiness is knowing that I'm strong enough inside to make these changes. Oh my... I can barely do 5 squats right now lol but I'm just now getting back into working out as part of a work weight loss challenge. The prize is $600..I'm down 9lbs so far and am building more strength and ability to do cardio longer... looking forward to being able to do 30 squats soon! Good luck
