Whoa we are TWINS. Same age. Same starting weight. Same goal weight. I started running and counting calories January 3 and have lost 14 lbs so far.

The difference in the goal calories those websites give you is literally half an apple. Set your goals in the MFP app and go by the calories they give you. Forget the 1500. If you want to lose 2 lbs per week the number they give you will have you losing that weight without exercising if you stick to it. I love to eat so I…
