That's definitely an A+! I buy the canned version, same brand. I love it

I have the Withings Body+ version and love it. You can still let it sync and all, but tell MFP to not post those stupid "I lost .25 of a pound messages. I know what you're talking about and it's annoying. Turn that off and all is well with the world. 😎

Looks like they forgot the decimal.....on every bag on their website, lol. The bag itself says 1.5 but the verbiage on the site has 15. Oopsie.

That's my favorite brand. They don't have that weird "crunch" that the clear non-tofu versions have. B)

I know this is an old thread, but this is exactly what I do. If something is labeled as "zero calorie" I assume the serving size = about 4 calories and multiply based on that.

That's definitely something I've never seen. Do they taste any different than other apples? Or what type is it similar to?

I'm obsessed with frozen strawberries and frozen blueberries. I have a small bowl of them every night as a midnight snack (when I wake up the first of many times, ugh!). Either of those would be fine for multiple weeks at a time, not just one week for me. :)

I'm in your group and eat over 120+ per day of lettuce. I eat humongous mixing bowl salads every day, don't judge. Lol.

OMG reading that made my heart stop for a couple seconds. 😂

Anyone ever try these? I got a few boxes this week and they are SO GOOD!! I'm not sure the calories are correct because sometimes I have a hard time following the "net carb=lower calories" thing (accurate or not??), but they are very tasty and filling. https://smartbakingco.com/shop/gluten-free-chocolate-chip-smartmufn/

I didn't read everyone else's replies yet, but I experienced the same sudden increase back in May! It freaked me out at first, but then I noticed that the same thing happened last year and didn't drop off until September. My theory is that it possibly has something to do with hot weather and retaining more water weight. Is…

Whoa! I need those in my life. Let us know how they are. EDIT... Never mind. Looks like you're in the UK? I'm pretty far away over in the US and looks like it isn't available here. Darn it.

Well I finally tried Grape Nuts yesterday and I love it! I added water to it, nuked it in the microwave for a few seconds so it absorbed it and got mushy, then topped it with monk fruit sweetener (yes, I'm a little odd sometimes, lol). It was great! I'm adding it to my rotations. And although a serving looks pretty small…

Talk to me about Grape Nuts, lol. I've been wanting to try them because it looks good but they are a little on the higher calorie side. My favorite cereal is Fiber One original. Are Grape Nuts filling and keep you full for a while?

That tofu shirataki version is my favorite! It feels much more like "regular" noodles without that crunch you normally get with them.

I'm just stopping by to say that I love nutritional yeast and eat it on so many things. Especially salads and stir fry. I am vegetarian and attempt to lean vegan when possible, and nooch is a great tool for that. Definitely adds that cheesy flavor. I have used it to make "mac & cheese" using tofu shirataki noodles and…

I'm obsessed with their pancake syrup. I like their chocolate syrup too but it does have a little chemicall-y taste. Blueberry syrup is a B+, but you should definitely try their pancake syrup too if you like that kind of thing.

Not to hijack this thread, but I'm still confused. So if the package on my bread says 30 calories, the carbs are 13 and fiber is 12, which then they advertise as 1 net carb. Is that 30 calories accurate or is it actually higher?? One slice is no big deal yes, but if I eat, say, 6 (don't judge! Lol) it would definitely make…

This post brings up a thought about the bread that I eat a lot of. https://extraordinarybites.com/ It's keto bread where it subtracts fiber from the carbs to get "net carb", and I guess that's how they get 30 calories per slice. I'm not keto but really like this bread. Since I have read above and elsewhere that calories…

This particular bread is "keto" and super low calorie. I don't follow keto but just like the bread because it's only 30 cal per slice. My sodium was probably twice as much for that weekend but nothing completely nuts. And although this happened the days following, it was 3 weeks ago with no real decrease. Still have the…

I actually drink a ton of water every day, and that hasn't increased or decreased. Also, I'm a vegetarian so my daily carb intake tends to be high anyway. I guess I'll just see what happens. At first I was really freaked out because 4 lbs is a pretty drastic increase over just a few short days. Especially since I'm on the…

Sweet Cream. They are magical when you nuke them for a few seconds, flatten them with your hands then microwave them some more. They puff up like a big soft cookie. Yum!!

-Cabbage -Protein bars (Julian Bakery) -Tomatoes -Lettuce -Tofu (extra firm or silken firm)

Same here, veggie and mostly plant based. I sure do wish vegetable calories were free.......I already eat my weight in veggies every day, but just think of the amount of additional food we could eat! Lol.
-
Yes! I make the same using eggplant too.
-
Gosh I wish I could find that shape of zucchini! I like making "zucchini pizzas" and go through phases of eating it often. They are very good, but those round ones would sure work out better! And by better I mean bigger. Lol.

Hubba hubba. :::heavy breathing:::

What are these things? How do they taste and how do you make them? Are they similar to anything else? I could look them up but, you know....lazy. :-)

These are my absolute favorite and I eat several a day. I like to heat them up in the microwave for 10 seconds, spread them out and heat them again. They puff up like soft cookie consistency. The price goes up and down on Amazon but you can get direct from the company too or other sites. 130 calories each. 🕺👌…
