The only time I’m sedentary is at the end of the day when I watch tv for an hour or so. Other than that I’m never sitting I never stop moving. I’m always moving it just depends on the time of year or the kind of day I’m having as to how fast I’m moving. I have cleaned houses before and I personally, feel the job I have now…

I am 32 years old and I am roughly 5’4” tall. When I started my jeans were a 22W and now I am in a 27. My shirt size was xxl and now is a woman’s small juniors medium.

I cut out soda and sweet tea. Haven’t had a soda or sweet tea in almost a year. To me it’s just wasted calories I could be eating instead of drinking since high sugar foods tend to be high calorie.

Thank you. I am always busy enough that my heart rate is fast but some days is busier or more tiring than others. Winter time I work 4 days some days are long some days are short. I’m not doing any exercising right now. At this point the job I do is my exercise lol. I’m gaining muscle with the lifting that I’m doing. Thanks for your response.

In the summer I usually work between 7-10 hours a day.

I didn't really start losing anything in my stomach area until I lost over 50 pounds. It's still a problem although I've lost 60 pounds it's getting smaller now but it really took awhile for it to start losing.

Great job! Yeah I got some compliments but not a lot until about 2 weeks ago when I lost another pant and shirt size. Some people were nice some people not.

Gardening. It burns a good amount of calories and to me it's fun and rewarding to see it so pretty outside. I know it's not actual exercise but hey calories burned are calories burned. I also farm part of my day when I get home from work so I'll take anything I can get.

Agree. I look at the servings of some of these cereals and they go as low as 1/4 of a cup. My daughter is 8 and skinny and she wouldn't even get satisfaction with that amount.

I have increased my sodium. I was getting below 1500 mg a day and yesterday I got 2200. Still not what she wanted but I have to tell you that even though the scale isnt moving, water weight I'm assuming, I do feel better today. I'm also not getting as many dizzy spells. She said that if my levels are low but not too low at the time of labs then it sometimes won't show. However, I told her that I felt the dizziness the day of the labs just like I felt after the labs so it didn't make sense to me. She said we will try to increase sodium and see if it helps.

I mean more of processed foods. I try to stay away from those.

I try not to eat out of a package. I still eat the same foods I just make it myself so that it's not so heavy on calories.

I'm just having a lot of trouble finding healthier options that are okay with calories that have decent amount of sodium.

I know it's not low right now. Last week when I went in it was low so that is when she ordered labs. Yesterday when I went in it was at that number.
