I used to eat tons of them. I started making my own, I sauté a pan of veggies..add a protein of choice (chicken, steak, shrimp whatever) and a carb (sweet potato, potato, rice, quinoa). Now I can't touch those frozen meals. Making your own in a big batch and putting them in to go containers for the week..simple, healthy…
