  • Count me in!! My current weight is 177 and I also want to loose 30 pounds before June. Which is my birthday month and I want to look fabulous on my birthday also I'm tired of not feeling comfortable on my own skin!
  • If you need advice on snack ideas just take fruit with you every where you go take Greek yogurt and ad some fruit to it. You can also take veggies with you and when you feel like eating instead of reaching for candy or chips you can just pop open your zippy bags nutritional options.
