I stopped for gas today at a station that 90% of the time I would stop for donuts (my kryptonite) and I didn't go in and get one. Got my gas and then went on my way. Even though it was very tempting.

Lately I've been trying to fit more running into my schedule. I've been struggling to wake up early enough to get that in AND get ready before I have to get the kids up. Needing some discipline and will power not to stay in my comfy bed when the alarm goes off at 5 am. Any tips?? :)

When I used to work out at lunch, as soon as the class was over I would stand in front of the giant fans for 5 minutes (helped a ton to cool down), then jumped into a quick shower (just body, no face or hair), dried off and threw on clothes and headed back. Dry shampoo before you workout works better than after it's allβ¦
