Wow personally I think that's gonna be though especially at first. I've been on keto for about a month now and have noticed a decrease in strength and stamina. I know doing tri's, carbs play a big role. Getting FULLY adapted would be your best bet. (Maybe look in to carb cycling)

Hi so first figure out what your resting metabolic rate is. Set your calorie intake 200-300 below that with your macros at 75%fat 20%protein 5%carbs. Try not to exceed 35g net carbs. Hope this helps
