I am starting my journey at 397 lbs. I have been building to this for over 40 years. I cannot remember my healthy weight, but cannot imagine myself at the 195 the charts say I should be at 6' 5". I want to get to 260 where I can hopefully discern a healthy weight goal. All that to say I want to lose 137 pounds, pleaseβ¦
