I am starting my journey at 397 lbs. I have been building to this for over 40 years. I cannot remember my healthy weight, but cannot imagine myself at the 195 the charts say I should be at 6' 5".
I want to get to 260 where I can hopefully discern a healthy weight goal.

I all in Add me, I am adding 2 teaspoons of Apple Cider Vinegar pinch of Cinnamon nice squeeze of Lemon Juice and a teaspoon of honey to get started 4oz before bed and 4oz before breakfast.0
