  • Yam noodles for the win! You can find them in any Asian grocery store. They have a texture like pasta, and they take on the flavor of whatever you cook them with. They have zero calories, zero carbs! They're truly amazing!

  • Agree with the above posts. I walk a lot on most days and am also moderately active. However, my activity level is set to "sedentary", then, I add all exercises individually. It works! 38.8 pounds lost in 15 weeks!

  • Yes. I have counted calories (3)x in the past 10 years and consistently lost weight every time. As soon as I reached my "goal" weight, I stopped counting calories, and the weight crept back on. I am now OK with the fact that I will be counting calories for the rest of my (much healthier) life!
  • I ate at a favorite "home style" diner this week. I would usually order a bacon and jalapeno omelette with cheese, home fries and toast. (~ 1,000 calories!)   • I recommend UNSWEETENED almond (or cashew) milk and 100% pure stevia.
