I have been weighing my meat wrong this whole time

10 weeks 33lbs and 24” lost 1 minute fitness test. 4 sit-ups to 33. 12 push-ups to 58. Shaved a full 2 minutes off of my mile. I still have a ways to go but I’m fully committed.

Thanks everyone! I changed my macros yesterday and even had some whole grain pasta. No bump in the scale this morning. I have so much more energy today. I fully understand this is a lifestyle change and am committed to that.

Most days I consume between 2500-3000mg of sodium and that wasn’t including any I added but didn’t log. I love salt!

You are doing amazing! 46lbs is fantastic. You’re also trading in fat for muscle which shrinks the body even if the scale doesn’t move. I started shortly after you and also work out 6 days a week. Isn’t it awesome how much better working out makes you feel (even if I hate it as I’m doing it

I’m in! I’m down 30lbs so far with another 70+ to go.

I started st 286 11 weeks ago and I’m now at 256. I still have a ways to go but taking it one day at a time.

I am doing Farrell’s body challenge too! I’m finishing up week 3 now. I’m getting a little frustrated as the scale isn’t moving. I know they said to not get in the scale but I can’t help myself.
