@diannethegeek I like your question. I am such a goal driven person I just feel it would be a backwards step but I think that because I don't know enough about everything. I don't think it would make me actually sick just stressed n scared it will mess up the plan. Doesn't mean I wouldn't do it if that's what I need to do

Am I working that out wrong? Glad to hear that if I donstick to 1200 I will carry on loosing. Maybe I'm eating more than I think. Will get stricter with weighing dinner as that's my only poss downfall

I'm with you! 33 waist 45 hips! When I was bigger twice I was 39 waist 52 hips. When I lost I was 28 waist 42 hips but I hadn't lost everything I needed to and stopped. So in short it didn't get better at all. That being said, at least we don't need celebrity waist trainer!

Ok this sounds proper crazy and is defiantly not for most but this is what I do. You have to bear in mind too I don't work out so I'm on lower Calories than most. I get up and take daughter school. Bfast 9.30, lunch around 12.30 something small and then dinner at 4.30pm with the kids! I normally close my food diary at 6pm…
