Cico tdee it's science but now I'm confused
For a year now I've followed the cico rule and based on a tdee and eating 1200 a day I've gone from 112kg to 77. No exercise. Now I'm stuck. Hello helpful community I just been diagnosed with v low iron level 7. Been put in high iron for two months 322g ferrous fumerate twice a day.
