I find I only loose weight across 2 weeks of a month which is so frustrating. At the moment I'm on a standstill week and even now realising my pattern I'm In the biggest strop as daily I have no loss.

I worked this out yesterday! I made 12 pairs using good food guide standard recipie and 3 tablespoons sun flower oil. The recipie makes 8 so I did 1.5 batch got 12 Plain the are 110calories and with 12grams caster sugar and the lemon they are 160 and that's a good sugar sprinkle Happy pancake munching

Thought about tread mill as hubby would benefit too but with 2 kids I just not got the space. Ive googled resistance bands and think that's what I will do after once I get into walking again. I'm sure once I'm doing 10000 steps a day and see the diff it will become addictive and then I will think hmmm what can I do next…

Basically this is what I figured, that as I loose more I'm going to have to move more rather than eat less as eating less than now would be hazardous.
