I always remember when I have a good workout and try replicate the same thing each time, I think if I do the same each day or before each workout I will have the same energy/motivation to get me through. A lot of good prework advise on here.

Yes I eat a lot of protein and try get most of my calories from this to not gain fat through carbs. Iv been on this 3000 calls for a month now but some days feeling deflated and lack of food.
