I always had a hard time working out and hated it. So what I did was I found a hiking trail and got out into the sunshine and walked a trail everyday for an hour . Lost 25 pounds with that and eating lots of veggies with protein

I get really hungry towards the end of the night. What has worked for me is doing an hour workout before dinner and then eating. After that 2 hours before bed a drink 3 glades of water and that has really helped tremendously.
