  • Ugh. It is awful, huh? I've been taking my pills every day and sleeping more and I already feel so much better. It will probably take months if not longer to get where I need to be though.
  • Thanks! Luckily he is recovering and feels much better. Even when they released him from the hospital after a week, he had to go back every day for weeks to get IV antibiotics. Its crazy how someone can get so sick so quickly!
  • I think my 3rd baby is definitely going to be the feistiest, and the 1st 2 weren't/aren't exactly easy. LOL. My 1st baby was really colicky for the longest time and would just scream all night every night. There would be some days I'd go to work and I didn't get to sleep one minute the night before. Ugh. It was awful. I…
  • Ugh, sleep is a problem area for me! lol. My kids are 10, 5 and 1 so I haven't had a good nights sleep consistently in.....a decade. haha. I'm usually up by 5:00 so I can talk to my husband before he leaves for work, do some paperwork, read, workout, etc. At night, I like to go to bed between 9-10, but I'm frequently up…

  • I have to take 6000iu a day, 3 2000 pills. I thought that seemed high too but apparently I'm that low. I can already tell I'm starting to feel better and its only been a week.
  • Good luck! I just found out a few days ago I have a vitamin d deficiency and am also anemic, which I've struggled with for the past 15 years. So now I get to take d3 3x a day in addition to my iron and multivitamin. I hate taking pills but I want my energy back! Lol.

  • Hello everyone! I live in Iowa and have a house in the country. I live in a nice, rural area between 3 cities (Quad Cities, Iowa City, Cedar Rapids) so there are lots of fun events and farmer's markets, etc. but not close enough to any of them to have a gym membership and be practical for daily/weekly use. I don't belong…

  • Great job, Andrea! That's what I've been doing to have success, 1200-1300 per day with one day I may go over but not too much :) I recently raised my calories a bit but I'm not losing like I want (but have been maintaining) so now I'll be back to the 12-1300 range again for my next 5-10 pounds to lose. And I know so many…
  • I'm just trying to maintain a calorie deficit to lose. I've researched keto and people have great success with it but I could never do it long term. I like carbs too much :) Good luck reaching your weight loss goals! :) It's nice to see so many Midwest people!
  • That's awesome! Congrats and good luck with your weight loss goals! Eastern Iowa for me. :)

  • Feel free to add me. I've been on here daily for 163 days straight. I'm down around 25 with 55 more to go.
  • Feel free to add me anyone. 5'5" at 194.0 now, started January 12 at 218.4. I'm on a 163 day log in streak with no end in sight ;)
  • So far so good. I have never been good at push ups but I watched the video you posted above and really paid attention to my form. They were easier than I thought, but definitely not easy, lol. I've been working plank and plank ups into my workouts the last few months and that seems to have helped me a lot with push ups.
  • I'm in! Doing A.
  • Same here. 5am and if I miss that, I have to stay up later than I'd like to get it in. Have to get all the kids to bed and prep for the next day and still have to keep myself awake to work out. It's awful. Surprisingly 5am has been easier for me! lol
