Feel free to add me. I’m also getting back in to the habit of daily accountability and logging and many of my friends have dropped off over the years. Good luck, everyone! ❤️

I'm in eastern Iowa, between Iowa City and The Quad Cities. Des Moines is a good area, which is just north of Indianola. I have family in the Des Moines/Ames area and they love it. :) Lots of fun outdoor things and plenty of shopping :)

Gardening is good for the soul. It has been crazy windy here (Iowa) and its taken a small toll on our garden, but it finally rained (poured!) yesterday and is in the 80's which is already giving it a boost to get more established. I can't wait for fresh fruits and vegetables again!

This is exactly me. My weight keeps going up and down but stays in this general area and it is so frustrating! I also log every bite accurately and workout. Its hard not to feel demoralized when you are trying so hard and the results are so slow to come, if they come at all. Keep with it. You are definitely not alone!

Day 1 and 2 done! Trying to do them 3x a day also. After having a c section in 2007, I feel like I am still rebuilding my muscles, ugh. But after having two successful VBAC's in 2012 and 2015, I am working on hip strength and stability. I always had amazing pregnancies and fairly rough deliveries, lol.

Thanks, Jessica  I would love the no fighting thing to be common in 2018, but sadly i I doubt it. My 10 y/o daughter calls her little brother "my little bother" for a reason, lol. I struggle to find peaceful moments throughout my day so when I do have them, I always try to acknowledge them and make the most of them.…

Today I am feeling: content I am feeling this way because…I got a good nights sleep, which isn't always possible with 3 kids (10, 5 and 2). I got up at 4:35 AM to talk to my husband on his way to work, had time for a workout. Time for myself to get ready for the day and listen to music. Started a roast in the crock pot for…
