  • It’s always a good idea to just relax and let things happen... but I can never do it! When I am ready to be pregnant I turn into a totally desperate crazy person, lol!   • Geriatric uterus is one I have honestly never heard (as a midwife myself) but my most hated term for AMA is “elderly primagravida” *roll eyes*
  • I am 19 weeks and still nursing my 2 year old. I did well my first trimester (because I was nauseous and food didn’t sound good) but have been ravenous since. I try to mostly eat Whole Foods and have no restrictions and have been trying to keep up with exercise too
  • I fit into size medium scrub pants for the first time in 5 years! Last year (1 year after having my first baby) I was in XL! ☺
  • I think that 1400 is totally reasonable for loosing weight. I am 5'3 and am doing 1400-1600 (trying to not compensate for exercise unless my deficit is over 800 or so) and I have steadily lost about 40 lbs. I have lost on 1200 before but felt awful. Going to the doctor might be a good idea, and switching up your exercise.…
