  • I have hashimoto's. My doctor also just put me on phentermine, started today. I've previously did a very low calorie diet under my doctors supervision as well, and that was successful. I need surgery so I think they want to speed up the weight loss so they put me on the phentermine. I hope it works as intended.

  • I started today on phentermine. Half a tablet this morning. So far I dont notice anything different. Except that it is 3:30 pm and I've only eaten about 360 calories so far today. But that's not too unusual for me. I'm a night time eater. We'll see how I do tonight.
