  • [Try this link... https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/discussion/10825652/best-low-carb-bread-no-flour-was-used/p1] Thank you so much! I cant wait to try it!
  • You can find the recipe in the recipe section under "Best low carb bread no flour used" with tons of pictures and directions. Can use a machine, or the oven... Totally up to you. So yeah, have your sandwich, have your grilled cheese, have your tuna melt... It makes an excellent pizza crust. (hmmm I should try a french…
  • I dont know if this has been addressed in the previous posts...there are 19 pages of them! But has anyone figured out what is helpful for PMS mood swings? I tend to get overly angry and frustrated suddenly and I'm pretty sure its hormone related. I dont want to go on antidepressants, and I just started buying St.Johns wort…
  • I like the idea of keeping a log of the minutes, speed, and resistance levels for tracking purposes! I don't feel so wimpy now that you mentioned when you started you made it 6 minutes on the lowest setting too! There is hope!! LOL! Thank you!
  • Awesome! Its nice to think that all that effort was worthwhile! Hopefully it wont take long for me to get in better shape!
  • I guess it does sound kind of petty to count the calories for 10 minutes! I think I'll work my way up to 20 minutes and then figure out how to count the calories! Maybe if I use my Vivofit and just track it by steps!
  • Its weird! It doesn't have a seat, so I just thought it was an elliptical but the box says its an elliptical bike. So, that being said, I stand on it! Do you think the 50 calories that the elliptical says I burned is accurate? Still sounds like a lot of calories for 10 minutes. Embarrassingly enough, I was slightly out of…
  • I have the same problem with exhaustion! Add in brain fog to the mix, and you've described me. Still trying to figure out if mine is mental or physical. I'm 47, 5'1, and staying around 1200 calories. Sometimes I eat back my exercise points. I work full time, and go to college part time on top of that so I think that…
  • Just experienced this myself! For two weeks I didn't gain or lose. Not a single ounce!!!! Tracked everything! Last night I helped myself to some disgustingly huge, filled doughnuts and a nice slice of pizza. Was way over (850 calories over, to be exact!) and this morning lost 2 pounds. I'm thrilled! Had the whole squishy…
  • Machka9, you have a brilliant point! If I dont track it I have a bit of leeway for when I miscalculate or cant find the info on something. Kind of safegards against going over my stats!
  • Hello CyberTone, thank you SO much for your help! I wasnt using a moble device (I tried to get my iPad set up but it wasnt working correctly, so I just use my regular computer). I was able to click on the "steps" link you posted and enabled it! It didnt show up before, so I'm grateful you posted the link! Hopefully I can…
  • TeaBea, I havent figured out how to state the 10,000 steps on the MFP. So I just leave it off and put in whatever I do on the treadmill. I checked out the link (thank you for that!) and I am definately in the sedentary level as I have a desk job and schoolwork at night. Thats why I was trying to get more steps in for the…
  • KatieJane83, I think the Vivofit and the Vivoactive should be about the same, but I don't have anything that shows the connect steps on my main page. In fact, it doesn't show up at all. It says its syncing from the Garmin site, but it just doesn't show up on the MFP site. Is there a setting on MFP that I need to change…
  • Yes, I do mean the Vivofit by Garmin. I didnt see the option so I guess it doesnt sync completely with it. It shows if I do 30 minutes on the treadmill, but thats it. Should I give myself extra exercise points?
  • It sounds pretty good! I may need to try that! Thanks for posting it! And CafeRacer808, I did find the recipe forum and got LOTS of new recipes!! Thanks for directing me to it!!!!
  • Well Golly! I don't know how I didn't see that! Thanks so much!
  • Hello! I'm switching over from Weight Watchers and everything seems new and confusing to me! I'd like to be a part of this group!
