Newbie with an elliptical bike
Hi All! I just bought an elliptical bike and cant figure out how to track it! I used it on the lowest setting for 10 minutes. According to the elliptical readout, that burned 50 calories. When I enter it in on MFP under the elliptical trainer it says it was 96 calories. I'm sure thats not what I burned, but which do I go…

Does 10,000 steps a day really mean anything?
I have a Vito that tracks my steps for the day but when I sync it only shows the 30 minutes I was on the treadmill. Does it not count because it is spread out over the course of the day?

I was wondering if there are recipes posted from the community? I see where I can put my own recipes in, but was wondering if there was a community post where others have posted their recipes?
