I make cold brew coffee in a mason jar with a cloth filter. I don't even own a traditional coffee maker. FYI, if you pop it in the microwave it's also great hot. Just because it's brewed cold doesn't mean it can't be consumed hot.

You'd be amazed how long it took me to figure this out. Sometimes it's embarrassing how slow I can be on the uptake, but this has been a very handy "trick" particularly with things like salad where I like to add a little bit of several ingredients.

Everything you describe in the first 3/4 of your posts suggest that you should consider recomp instead of losing weight. Maybe you should look into that. And I have no idea how keto fits into anything you mentioned. You could drop 5 lbs of water weight in a few days, but what will that accomplish?
