My husband has a mild case of psorias on his skin, just a few patches. Topical creams usually keep the patches under control but they never disappear completely. I've often wondered if certain foods might trigger his flare ups or even keep the patches from clearing up.

What's the difference between a keto plan and low carbs? I'm pretty new to this, trying to stay under 36 total carbs a day. I don't test for ketosis but if feeling like the army has marched through my mouth even after drinking a lot of water, I would say I'm there.

I didn't know I could change that but keto is what I'm trying to do. Do those macros look about right or should I change them for quicker weight loss. Frankly, working this hard for a 1 lb loss per week is a bit disheartening.
