Inflammation seems to be a trending buzzword but I'm a little confused as to what it means/covers. Does the one term mean what I think of as internal inflammation such as heart disease, Alzheimer's disease and dementia as well as joint issues? Another question
I save a few meals to "My Meals". Now I'm puzzled as how to add them to my food diary. I thought it would populate into a food search if I typed in the name I gave the meal but no, also no way to find it in My Meals and click to add it or at least I'm not seeing it. Has anyone done this?
