Senior woman with a long way to go. I've been following a ketogenic diet for three weeks. It's pretty similar to the Atkins plan I used 10 years ago when I lost 90 lbs. I'm really wanting to lose the rest of my excess baggage now. I actually started two weeks ago but just found my fitness pal yesterday. The diet is going well and I love being able to keep track of my food counts on this site. I do have a question. Is there a way I can change the counts (calories, fat, carbs, protein, etc.) to more accurately reflect my goals? Thanks for your help!

Welcome yes go into diary setting and you can set the various sections/ macros to what you want to achieve. Good luck0 -
