So I love this answer I’ve been doing this sense June. My weight loss has slowed lately and that’s why I’m questioning it again, I’ve been so hungry lately though and eating more calories then normal.

Still using lightly active but just curious what other people have there’s at and how they figured it out! I’m pretty sure I walk at least 5000 steps a day I’ll carry my phone all day and see!

The problem is mine can be like 6 or 8 pounds inaccurate.. even in the same spot. While I’m a total believer in trying to be happy with other non scale victory’s. It’s fustersting when I don’t know if I’m losing or not because I’m trying to adjust my calories and find that sweet spot!

I never use the scale on carpet only hardwood floors. & I really try and weigh myself on the same spot. Maybe my floors are uneven the house is very old.

I guess that I’m totally content with living this lifestyle, eating healthier and counting calories. Moving more! I guess I just want to move to maintenance and so I can be a little more flexible. I find myself getting really hungry right around when I ovulate. It’s extremely hard to stay in my calories during that time!

Breakfast - Coffee & Oatmeal. 340 calories Lunch - Probably a sandwich or a salad with some crispy chicken. 400 calories Dinner - stir fry 380 calories Snacks - grapes, 130 calorie bag of chips, sugar free jello with light whipped cream, cheese string? Around 200 calories

Potatoes are super filling for me also protein! But sometimes I just wanna snack even though I’m not super hungry. That’s when I eat sugar free jello with light whipped cream on top! 26 calories! Or broccoli with cheese sauce! Even a baked potato will fill me up!

I made a amazing vegetarian lasagna tonight and didn’t take long at all about 30 mins prep and a hour in the oven! I also make quesadillas with black beans, onions, peppers and cheese! I’m not vegetarian but I like to eat some vegetarian meals once in awhile :)
